Fundamentals of SEA are improving by the day and sp is ca 50% of the 52-week high. How long will oil stay down even if it falls on EU drama...

I am a hold (as SEA is majority of my portfolio and I'm risk managing), though I would not hesitate to buy a lot more if we get a market crash. In that setting, quality is hammered and genuine bargains abound. Most of my SEA is sub-10c during GFC 1.
