Warnie, I share your frustration at some of the business practices that you have mentioned.

Several of these are standard digital marketing tactics that would actually serve to build the profile of the company and indirectly help shareholders. Where the ROAM-e was paid for and not delivered I am confident the customers would have received a refund or reported it to consumer affarirs. Optimistic sales figures which were stated as estimates from retailers while technically not a lie is something we have grown accustomed to.

My feeling is that we are gazing into the smoke and mirrors and ignoring the real problem of the company hemorrhaging cash.
