    Reread what spiney has put in bold. Was and will are NOT expectations about what might happen

    They clearly said an order has been placed. I have posted confirmation that they paid 656k. They said will be sent.

    IMO you are missing spineys point. This was not disclaimed as forw
    ard lookibg or projection. It is stated as fact.....
