IMHO, it's London to a brick that CYA will be rolled into WLE when WLE starts trading at or above NTA.

What will happen? Well, your CYA shares will become WLE shares. Simples! And it will be done at a valuation equal to CYA's NTA. So say WLE is trading at $1.20, and CYA's NTA is $1. You'll be offered 5 WLE shares for every 6 CYA shares. If you've paid eg 94c for your CYA shares, you'll do pretty well out of that, no?
