    Hash ,You know the accounts well , what is the provision for FBT and are these loans captured under legislation? I believe if the loans are commercial and the terms abided by , ie repayments and payment of interest they are exempt, but if repayments are not met or interest capitalised the company is liable for FBT ( 49% of benfit )Not an experts but salient point ?
