You know what I reckon? The products KGN sell are second-rate and the marketing/website is bogan trash. Just like IKEA, we've all bought from them, but we OK now, got that bargain and now we want some QUALITY in our lives.
The "third party seller" is just so crap. KGN needs to be a real store, or just a ticket-clipper. But FFS work out what it is.
