What is the catalyst that will close the 20% discount to NTA?
Reductions in interest rates?
GW’s marketing skills?
Retail Market acceptance of the fund?
One in a hundred year drought to force up the price of water rights?
I still like the fund, but losing faith in the current higher interest market conditions.
