    Management agreement signed in October 2020 to organise a vote to wind up the fund if it's not trading above NTA 3 times in 5 years.

    So at the 2025 AGM you could expect such vote if discount does not improve.

    But if the fund was to be liquidated there is no guarantee you will get the audited NTA since the assets are unlisted (not priced to market).
