someone being the chairman/largest shareholder buying on market… I guess the corporate preso will lead to a raise (wouldn’t think too much, maybe a couple mill?), before getting drills into the ground.
a few points that I guess are contributing to slow progress: - the geology is complex, and they’re still figuring it out - they weren’t allowed to drill during the march-April period because of the endangered bird - the land area is so large, and has had a lot of historical drilling that hits but isn’t yielding the company making finds yet. given it’s mostly funded by Martin and Geoffrey atm, they don’t want to throw money away just drilling for the sake of drilling to keep people happy on hotcopper. - maybe they were investigating a separate opportunity for the company early this year that seems to have fizzled, that took the focus off here
overall seems like it’s getting back on track, and hopefully the research/analysis work can be realised when they next drill. We all want progress, but it’s their money that’s funding it, and they have certainly put their money forward for this so far; we can only hope that it leads to the incentives being aligned, albeit on different time durations
