I see where you are coming from, but I'm treating the 'asap' as lip service; and the extension until the day after the farm out cutoff as being their get out of jail card. There's no point them rushing it out as any scheme of arrangement or offer period would expire well after the point that the farmout decision has been made. They'd be utterly bonkers to offer 4:1 if the farmout was going ahead.
