    Why would you agree to hand over your shares over to a company that will have 2.5 billions shares on issue after the take over?

    Interesting that the board has not made any recommendations and one must wonder why.

    Melbana already own 19.59% MEL and another 19.02% MEL is owned by Amanda and Andrew Purcell who have an interest in MAY - so it only takes roughly another 10% for it to succeed. There are several investment companies in the top 10 who, if they make a profit, will sell out, not to mention the board share if you care for which side of your bread is buttered on, so this looks like a done deal, little share holders can whistle in the wind by the looks of this
