Id like to think so, but ultimately this appears to be a Hail Mary to invoke a counter offer; which would allow him to liquidate. From memory he is looking at around 5cps buy in; being the 7.5 cps deal he made with selected holders, minus the 2.5c distribution. Will have to double check that one, but pretty sure the majority of his share were acquired that way.
