What I think would be a big positive for CMP is the appointment of a director with experience in running a public company, preferably a med tech business. I think it would bring credibility and some skills in how to deal with the market. With improved performance these guys are going to need to start doing broker roadshows, something they haven't done in years. Some guidance would be great.
