The discount to NAV is only of value if you can collect. GC1 wouldn't be the first LIC or investment company to put all holders in the freezer, lock the door, so slowly, over time & lethagy & continuous disappointment, holders lose interest and sell.Then, who is there to collect the lolly? Not saying this applies ot GC1 at all, but heck its got to be a damn good superannuation investment for those who can wait out time and buy at bargain prices from the weak hands along the way.
