It was always going to be the case that there would be defeating conditions.....will be interesting to see if MAY completely implodes off the back of it, given that they have lost their CEO already....The predictable thing will be MAY coming back with a lower offer, implying that the company is worth less now, even though the company is effectively worth the same amount given the recent rise in BYE share price. I would hope that MEL management are quickly working through a strategic update for holders, or at least working out something solid in the background with BYE and/or VEN.
