MAY want to keep all their options open but it all seems to be very amateurish in execution .
It may have helped MEL make the decision to distribute the BYE shares that I think is beneficial to shareholders but it is a distraction and costs we did not need.
I have always thought it was unlikely for the deal to go ahead and I don't think the SP will suffer if it does .
