We're talking about millennials with a few hundred dollars outstanding on a PS4 purchase from EB games that can be resolved via the bank of mum and dad.

If they keep focussing on top line growth, in time the bottom line will take care of itself and outrun bad debt. Market share is King. Banks are still gouging their customers for 20% on credit cards, how long are people going to tolerate that for in this financial climate?
