Overall it's a great deal. In regards to your concerns, I note that the release goes out of its way to mention Greenville on multiple occasions but the SA facility is excluded from any mention at all (seems deliberate). There's nothing to stop Mayne starting another MCS facility up again in the future if it determines that is required. If the SA facility has been excluded from the deal, they still have that toe in the water.
