Kami, with all due respect, SR and his bunch of amateur(quasi board members) are all history ,along with his destruction of a once very successful company.Hubris gets the better of dim-wits..... eventually.Its time to look FORWARDS,not back and look what has been achieved in a very,very short time frame when you have intelligent people with a vision and direction and the CONVICTION TO ACT.i agree ,the special divy would have been better spent on a buyback for all the reasons pointed out by HiddenValue.So lets move forward with what is shaping up to be a great strategy and back this team !!!The communication alone is welcomed,let alone all the divestment from what are now seen as non-core assets/products.If they can manage to assemble and build a company that monopolizes womens health products the rewards will be huge!
