I'm going to assume that Frank was CEO of Purepac Pharmaceuticals in the US which had some significant ties to Faulding back in the 90s.
I'm not sure of the in's and out's of it all, but this article appears to suggest that Purepac name changed to Faulding after absorbing the latter's US arms... although the ownership stake Faulding had in Purepac muddles things somewhat.

I'm not sure how much the two CEOs had to do with eachother at the time.
