Anybody else picking up shares at .34?
Considering the imminent departure of that dud Richards, and knowing the cash component alone is valuing MXY at .37-.38cents/share,one would have thought that a 10% discount and the rest of the company(minus Richards) for free may be of value......
I just don't understand who would be selling with what is a binding CASH agreement !!
Even if you pick -up .02-.03 cents/share as a special dividend(and knowing that this is his last Job as a CEO,Richards in my view would be going for a lot more as he is now virtually unemployable with his track record,regardless of his intentions) I would have thought that moving forward this looks very reasonably priced.
I picked up another 300-400K today and am quite happy to sit with them looking at the changed landscape and with whats ahead ....with what we have....
Does anybody else share that sentiment?
