I raised a comment in a previous post that perhaps MYX will announce a Special Dividend (SD) (if allowed).
Chartshout and another posted (sorry, forget the name) talked about Franking Credits (FC) and sending an email to MYX to query.
My memory is foggy; but if I recall correctlly Prime Media (PRT) issued a SD using FC before being taken over by SWM.
Would appreciate your thoughts on;
1. Whether a SD is possible 2. The $ value of FC that MYX has 3. THe possibility that this is part of MYX's strategy.
My understanding is that the FC will expire worthless unless they are utilised before take over.
Another issue that I have consider is the current political situation in USA and how this could affect an Australian based medical company (hesitant to mention this as any mention of a political issue on HC normally ends up in a s### fight on political preferences.
However, I believe politics could be extremely relevant in this case.
