Good questions. I don't know the answers, I can say that one of the conditions of the deed is "no prescribed occurrences" and looking into those it does specifically mention dividend payment as a prescribed occurrence, so maybe not.
There is a possibility that if Mayne has given prior notice of this occurrence to Cosette then this could be waived. I have no idea on the amount of FC available. I must say a $1/share fully franked would be nice but I am not banking on it.
If this were to happen, they would probably announce it by Wednesday.
