I wonder if "legally"a "return of franking credits to shareholders" is the same as a "special dividend"
In any event, as you note, Cosette would have to agree.
My thoughts were, that if a Dividend was to be paid it would be announced on Wednesday.
So, it's not long to wait to find out.
