it's going to require some quick-rear guard actions by material holder to prevent this transfer of value to the bidder. The CEO appears to be recommending this evaluation enthusiastically. I would have thought A$10 per share plus, given the top of cycle US$:A$ and what this means in terms of a US$ valuation. in other words, far too low in US$ terms. Moreover, even more difficult to accept when you consider the SOI consolidations/dilutions to date.
