Surprise is good thing that SP has revalued at $7.40 but I think this is significantly undervalued offer. When there are clear sign that it is going for profitability shouldn't the management reject the offer and ask for fair valuation.
But retail investors cry may be lost as institutional investors and the management have agree to handover the company significantly undervalued.
