Chartshout, I think the timeframe is unlikely to allow any court challenge to eventuate if the majority of shareholders voting vote Yes.
A number of long term sharholders with small amounts of shares have probably (mentally) written there shares off long ago and would be happy to "get whatever they can" for them, take the loss and move on; rather than risk losing the opportunity.
If Hadrian's actions are replicated by numerous other shareholders with large holdings .... could make a difference.
