@mikyc in my view the continuous disclosure obligation has been breached. There's no way that a detailed proposal as disclosed on Friday was not known to the board for weeks if not months, not only that but they have also disclosed the deal selectively to some shareholders (Viburnum, Mathieson, Rubrics). After tomorrow's results, I'll look further into it, but if there's a legal eagle out there who would like to take it on or maybe the more complaints the better.
