Yes, had MMA and couldn't figure out why management and board were so keen to sell on the turn around. Buried deep in the scheme (wonderful word that) of arrangement documentation was the reason: management were to be rehired by the new owners and most of the board were offered directorships in the new entity. You could have knocked me over with a feather....
