I've stated a few times on here before that the share price has been struggling to maintain positive momentum even after the old CEO and a few board member changes.
This was telling me the market didnt rate the changes and I've always said shareholders will only see some value if we got a T/O offer, otherwise we would have sat and watched a slow and painful death!
A part of me is now happy there is some level of certainty that I can now work with and plan next steps with.
Has the board and management here indirectly showed us how confident or lack of confidence they had to turn this thing round given they're expressing this as an adequate offer?
But as I said at least it's better than zero
