If they wanted $10 then they should have told Cosette and board stop dreaming at $7.40 and come back with a reasonable offer for their vote.
I would expect they have the internal knowledge and expertise to run numbers and valuations and work out that this scheme offer is not up to scratch if the purchase price follows a multiple of EBITDA like other pharma companies.
