I still don't understand the reason for selling at such an infant stage of the turnaround. We have plenty of cash to get us through to profitability. the board were confident we have turned the corner. We are handing over all the upside all the sweat and sunk costs establishing the pipeline and advertising the products.
What happened at Gold Road today is of interest and although different industry gives me insight to a BOARD who have in my mind and personal opinion better represented the interest of shareholders. This potential scheme offer is when the shares are trading in a buoyant gold market. The stock price is a lot higher than 2 years ago. Therefore the offer is by no means as opportunistic, although the gold road board thinks so according to the release.
