@joca We can thank our present management t for agreeing to this farcical low ball offer . Wasn't so long ago some were singing their praises regardless early on them showing how trustworthy they were promising shareholders return of capital and reneging on that promise , lying to us . Our money went into buying US plant / business asset + later major development doubling manufacturing plant , updating Pharma machinery / described state of the art and after selling clearing debt what exactly we end up with , nothing like we have again only this time many long time holders left holding substantial losses if this shonky deal gets through . Interesting we never got to hear if any other interested buyer ? This was always a done deal when management first took over IMHO .
