For anyone who has been reading the market and the company; today is pay day. Can't believe after 7 years and having been 6 figures down, it is over and has been WELLworth the grind. Hope all other LT'ers on this forum have had a pay day by using the market fluctuations over the last 18 months.
I can't see any dimension where this isn't a done deal.
Shareholders? There isn't one big enough that will prevent the deal.
Other offers? Had 9 months been talked about and here we are.
Offer is about 50c ,more than I would have thought - but that's probably because of teh market reaction to the news a couple ago.
