How come this is better for the shareholders, If the management rejected the offer unanimously and made it public, the share price would be north of $7.75 today, and 1H report was due on 26, this share could have easily traded well above $8.0 before 26 February.
I wish Sigma makes an offer as this announcement is already public and they should be eyeing for revenue growth company that makes >$400M
