    Yes and what is the Adelaide manufacturing facility and land worth??
    So is a takeover as in they need to get 90% of shares to make it compulsory? Only have experience with small cap miners on takeovers. like others I am underwater by $2 a share at this offer. Could have averaged down alot more but the past results didn't feel me with confidence
