Suggest that people selling today believe they are better off taking the $ 7.20 and allocate those funds elsewhere, rather than waiting for May/June to get that extra 20 cents.
Those buying (in significant quantities) could be looking to at least a 20 cent profit in June/July, hoping for a higher offer or counting on a Special Dividend (if this is possible).
If MYX is a diamond in the haystack perhaps someone else will come out with a better offer, and the BODs actions a masterstroke. (Can only dream at this stage)
