I have to say I’m confused. In June 24 the company was trading higher than the current offer, based on inferior financials to last weeks update. Why the board would accept such a low offer is beyond me.
The timing of todays Ann stinks, in that it is only a week away from 1H 25 figures and if there was to be a rise in SP resulting from that that has now been stymied.
