Hi @Chartsshout, as much as I love your enthusiasm and would also like to see this go higher, the board has made up its mind to sell it for peanuts. They strongly convinced this is a good offer. It’s a done deal. If a seller is willing to sell at a low price, why would the buyer—or, let’s say, a prospective new buyer—need or want to pay more?
If they are keen to attract a new buyer, they should have rejected this offer through an ASX announcement, which would have created a base ($7.4) for the new buyer. They haven’t done anything; all they are saying is that this is the best deal and are rushing to close it as soon as they can. The issue on February 26 is that they will have a heavily filtered Q&A session. The only time you can ask real questions is during the AGM (in person). Again we won't see this mob ever again.
