It seems many long-term shareholders are still underwater, especially those who bought in at higher prices. I decided to invest this month just before its half-year results, anticipating a shift in the business trajectory and i got lucky to grab in low $4s. That said, the current offer seems quite low. Given the company cash balance, this offer doesn’t make much sense tbh. I decided to wind up my position today, but I really hope the rest of the shareholders see some competing bid.
