Ask them how it was in the best interest of shareholder to discontinue a share buy back with surplus funds knowing that they were out for sale.
SP would have been a lot more stable and difficult for the purchasers agents to okay with the SP leading into an offer.
I am absolutely disgusted with the turm of events.
Handing over millions, these guys have paid no premium!!!
