So what happens if they fail to get enough votes for this current proposal ? Apart from our share price falling what happens to the current management team will there be resignations?This would be a worse case scenario. I am in 2 minds i can use the funds and buy into other stocks that i think will perform alot better short term or hold till this takover concludes but if it fails i think we will be rudderless with our current management.
