wish i could be as optimistic as you mate! would be happy to break even and move on right now - but concede, if they line up the ducks - this could turn good.
wanted to double down - too many other opps out there and not worth the 2-5yr horizon - can always circle back in 1.5yrs, and me thinks thats what the mkt thinks too...so no one is rushing for the entry door
