@Dickkyboy I like the way you have simplified where the company sits right now. We do need about $400M of revenue to break even on EBITDA given our current cost structure and GTN conversion. I don't know whether the $10M of cost reductions are baked into this equation or not and also the CEO keeps reminding us that they're trying to get better prices. Success in those areas will shift the dial slightly.

I think Nexstellis cycles are tapering off and will need to pick up in the second half to make a significant contribution to EBITDA. There maybe a better contribution from the THMD products in the second half (launch of low dose Bijuva)


I think Dermatology will be the wild card this FY. The CEO stated during his presentation that Rhofade returned $US 5.4M in the first two months (October/November) and this has continued into December.


Should this trend continue for the remainder of this year this product on its own can an add about A$38M and possible contribution of A$26M.(This a branded drug fully owned), if we then add whatever revenue from the new launches, particularly the branded Wynzora and AG Soolantra (same partnership as Oracea, with Galderma) this could lift revenue to around $450M and possible EBITDA of around $20M. I also think that dermatology assets will be positively revalued.(current value on the balance sheet is only $19M). My guess is that this will take EBITDA to around $100M.
Just my opinion though, I don't have a crystal ball.
