you are exactly right. Having worked in Houston and Alberta, let me tell you, the difference between US vs Commonwealth countries, from a corporate perspective, is under appreciated. US management at the "C" level will be the spring board for this company, and in the Regulatory space - it's a non-brainer and it's essential. The process has now begun fortunately.
