If SR goes he can do a lot of damage if he decides to dump his entire holding if it suites him by pulling the rug from under the ordinary shareholders whom he clearly doesn't give a damn about anyway ( share value ) for example the dump to cover his margin call a while back , all his options which had matured . Damned if lose him Damned if we don't there's no easy solution here , could be one reason he's still kept on as CEO by those who are in a position to replace him .
