MYX hitting an all time high today is very pleasing but not surprising considering the changes and decisions the company has made over the last few years.
The Doryx 50mg and 100mg tablets will be substituted with the NEW 60mg and 120mg tablets with improved formula which produces a slower release of active ingredient in the stomach.
The FDA approval for the new formula IMO is extremely positive for the company considering Doryx produces excellent cashflow and has been for a considerable amount of time.
You would also expect it will have an exclusivity period which bodes well as the Doryx 200mg expired in April this year.
With Doryx MPC to start in the 3rd quarter of this year shareholders wont have to wait long to benefit. It wouldn’t surprise me if MYX may also look to do the same to the 200mg strength going forward. And lets not forget MYX now controls all aspects of their business from distribution to marketing which also benifits their products in terms of sales and profitability.
