Words / talk , only thing that really matters actual performance financial year end earnings result , impressive presentation in whatever form means nothing a strong earning result is what we need hear and see right now only thing that appears to have put a floor under us share buyback . Insofar CEO performance rights shares presently under the value they were when management first took over CEO gets generously rewarded with performance rights . No problem with performance rights incentive but we're yet to see it .
