Here ! Here ! KP . I can see this new Chairman being Principal Owner. Again I fell for the trap when they began appointing new board members. These being mainly women highly qualified in pharmaceutical women’s health. Where as the chairman is a highly qualified businessman first and foremost as is exactly the type of leadership Mayne requires. Unfortunately should he have the priority of his own self interest and not Maynes as is his responsibility. This man may well have bided his time on board for 4 years observing the disaster of past management and since the majority of shareholders are now small retail . It is not very difficult to divide and conquer. They have not been doing much Institutional marketing That is what is required a few high profile large Institutional investors.Nothing ceases to surprise anymore with Mayne Nothing !
