$1,000,000 is a huge amount of money. 40 x is exorbitant. Woke and otherwise Wall Street bankers screw everyone with fees. They needed deals so they sold the western manufacturing to the CPP. No conscience. Sales like this may be difficult for the average accountant so these guys get the jumper. They fill in the templates - well worn, and comply with a list of regulations. That’s all they do. It’s a process. If sale price was $750M then $40M is 5.3%. What a scam for some paperwork. Believe me … the paralegals and printers do most of the work!
